1) Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed in connection with your use of the Site. The Site does not provide user accounts or login functionality.

2) Summary of Data Handling

  • No direct collection by us: We do not ask you to submit personal data through forms on the Site, and we do not run analytics or tracking scripts.
  • Purchases handled by a third party: If you buy an insurance policy, the purchase flow is provided inside an embedded iframe from a third-party platform. Any information you enter there is collected and processed by that service, not by us through the Site.
  • Technical data: Like most websites, the Site may receive standard technical data, such as IP address and basic request data, as part of normal web hosting and server operations.

3) Information We Process

3.1 Information You Provide to Us

None. The Site does not include contact forms, account registration, or checkout forms hosted by us. If you contact us outside the Site, for example by email or phone, your information will be handled in the context of that communication and not through Site data collection.

3.2 Information Processed During a Purchase

The Site embeds an iframe from a third-party platform to enable policy purchase and payment. Any personal data you enter in the iframe, such as name, date of birth, passport details, travel details, payment information, and contact information, is processed by that third-party platform and its payment and service providers under their own privacy policy and terms.

We do not receive your payment card details through the Site. If we receive any purchase-related information from the third-party platform, such as policy confirmation or operational status, it is provided to us by that service as part of fulfilling your request and administering the insurance relationship.

3.3 Technical and Device Information

When you access the Site, our hosting infrastructure may automatically process limited technical data necessary to deliver the Site and maintain security and performance, such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device and operating system information
  • Date/time of access and requested pages
  • Referring/exit pages

This information is typically processed in server logs for security, troubleshooting, and operational purposes.

4) Cookies and Similar Technologies

We do not use analytics or advertising tracking scripts on the Site.

4.1 Site Functionality Libraries

The Site uses the following libraries for user interface functionality:

  • lazysizes: lazy loading images/content
  • Magnific Popup: modal dialogs/popups

These libraries are used to improve page performance and user experience. They are not deployed for analytics or advertising tracking by us.

4.2 Embedded Iframe (Third-Party Purchase Platform)

The embedded iframe from the third-party purchase platform may set cookies or use similar technologies to provide checkout, fraud prevention, payment processing, session management, and service functionality. Those technologies are controlled by the third-party platform and its providers, not by us. Review their privacy policy for details.

5) How We Use Information

We use limited technical data, such as server logs, for:

  • Delivering the Site to your device
  • Maintaining security, preventing abuse, and protecting the Site
  • Troubleshooting and improving reliability and performance

We do not use the Site to build user profiles, run behavioral advertising, or conduct cross-site tracking.

6) Legal Basis (Where Applicable)

Where data protection laws apply, processing of technical data is based on legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable website. Processing of purchase data inside the iframe is handled by the third-party platform under its own legal bases, for example performance of a contract and compliance obligations.

7) Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data and do not share personal data collected through the Site for advertising purposes.

Limited technical data may be processed by:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers: to deliver and secure the Site

Purchase and payment data entered in the embedded iframe is processed by the third-party platform and its service providers, including payment processors, under their own policies.

8) Data Retention

  • Site technical logs: retained only as long as necessary for security, troubleshooting, and operational needs, then deleted or anonymized according to our hosting and security practices.
  • Purchase data in the iframe: retention is governed by the third-party platform and any applicable legal requirements related to insurance and financial transactions.

9) International Data Transfers

The Site may be hosted or supported by service providers in different jurisdictions. Where transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law. Data entered into the embedded iframe is processed according to the third-party platform's transfer practices and safeguards.

10) Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the Site and its infrastructure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure. For purchases, security controls are implemented by the third-party platform and its payment providers within the iframe environment.

11) Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the Site.

12) Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing.

  • For Site technical data: you can contact us using the details below.
  • For purchase/checkout data: contact the third-party platform as the controller/processor of the data you enter in the iframe, and any insurer or assistance provider named in your policy documents.

13) Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site contains an embedded iframe provided by a third-party platform. Their privacy practices may differ from ours. This Privacy Policy does not cover third-party websites, services, or their cookies and tracking technologies.

Entry Rules for Ukraine 2025–2026

Current entry requirements for foreign nationals traveling to Ukraine. Requirements may change due to martial law — check with your nearest Ukrainian embassy before departure.

All foreign nationals entering Ukraine must meet the following requirements:

Valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your planned stay. Citizens of some countries require a visa — check visa requirements for your nationality before travel.

Travel medical insurance issued by a company registered in Ukraine or a foreign insurer with a representative or partner in Ukraine. The policy must cover emergency medical expenses and be valid for the entire period of stay.

General entry requirements

  • Foreign nationals may enter Ukraine through designated border crossing points. Entry rules are subject to martial law provisions and may be updated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
  • A valid travel medical insurance policy is recommended for all visitors. Border authorities may request proof of insurance at their discretion.
  • Visa-free entry is available for citizens of the EU, USA, UK, Canada, and many other countries for stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period. Other nationalities should check visa requirements with the nearest Ukrainian consulate.
  • Electronic queuing systems may be in place at some border crossings. Check the State Border Guard Service website for current wait times and operational status.
  • Certain border crossings may have limited operating hours or temporary restrictions due to the security situation.

Insurance requirements

  • Travel medical insurance covering emergency treatment, hospitalization, and medical evacuation is strongly recommended for all foreign visitors.
  • The insurance policy should be issued by a Ukrainian-registered insurer or a foreign company with an authorized representative in Ukraine.
  • Coverage should include emergency medical expenses of at least EUR 30,000 and be valid for the entire duration of stay.
  • Policies covering passive war risks and radiation exposure are available and recommended given the current situation.
  • Digital insurance certificates are accepted at border crossings — you can present your policy on a mobile device or as a printed document.
  • The Advanced policy purchased through Innovative-Ukraine.com meets official coverage requirements and is accepted at every Ukrainian border checkpoint.

Tips for travelers

  • Register with your country's embassy in Ukraine before or upon arrival. Keep emergency contacts readily available.
  • Monitor official travel advisories from your home country and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine for the latest entry information.
  • Ensure your travel insurance certificate clearly states Ukraine as the territory of coverage and includes emergency contact numbers for the insurer's assistance center.
